The cabinet arrived in great condition and was pretty easy to setup (with the exception of moving it around). Have played a few rounds on it and everything is looking and sounding great. We will get a lot of enjoyment out of it, I'm sure.

Michael and the team at Game and Sport World were phenomenal throughout the entire purchase and shipping process of my Rollercoaster Tycoon pinball machine. They were always in touch if I had a question and provided updates regularly. They have a large collection of reasonably priced arcade and pinball machines, and they do the heavy lifting when it comes to shipping/delivery.

I started out 10 months ago searching for a pinball machine that the kids and I played while the wife was shopping. I found it at Game and Sport World (G&SW) and began working with the owner (Michael Smith) to get it purchased and delivered. Mr. Smith was EXCELLENT to work with. Straight-forward honest business, with no tricky credit card fees or sales tax "plus-ups" or "service agreements" tacked on later. The machine arrived fairly quickly directly to my basement, and Mr. Smith's pre-arranged team set it up and it was ready to play the same day as delivery - absolutely flawless purchase/delivery. Four months later, I wanted another pinball, so I again contacted G&SW and purchased a Jersey Jack pinball machine. The delivery for this second machine turned to crap, but it was due to a poor third-party delivery company who would only deliver curbside and not into the house. (Totally stupid - how does a customer get a 350-lb pinball from the road 150 yards down a driveway and into the house??) Anyway, Mr. Smith apologized for the screw-up (even though it wasn't his fault) and offered me a discount on future purchases. The same set-up team arrived the next day and the machine was good to go. Two months later, that discount was "eating" at me, and I ordered two more pinball machines! I now have 4 pinballs - I want a fifth one, but my basement is already full! G&SW, and especially Mr. Smith, were great to work with, and G&SW is one of the best companies I've dealt with. If you need a pinball machine (or arcade game) I highly recommend G&SW.

I received my “Riverboat Gambler” pinball machine approximately 2 weeks ago. Game and Sport World sent my machine as soon as he received the order. Game and Sport World is on the East Coast and I’m on the West Coast, to my surprise I actually received it approximately a week later. Michael the owner has been very helpful with any questions that I may have concerning the machine. I am so ecstatic and pleased about the service and the pinball machine!!!
